VigorHorse Subscription, Free Shipping and Cancel Order: 5 Steps

No subscription, one shipping oddity and a refund route with numbers on it. Five steps take you from checkout to a parcel in your hand.

Three plain questions come up before most people order a supplement. Will it bill me again? Is shipping really free? And can I back out if I change my mind? Some offers hide the answers in small print. This page lays them out in the order you will meet them.

Each step ends with what is published and what is not. Where the seller has not written a rule down, this page says so rather than guess.

Step 1: Is there a VigorHorse subscription?

No. Every pack is a single payment. There is no auto-refill and no rebilling. The seller sells three packs, and each one is paid once.

Prices as the seller showed them on 19 September 2026. The checkout shows the current figure.

One jar holds 30 gummies, and the label says one a day. So a jar lasts 30 days. If you want more after that, you place a new order yourself. Nothing renews on its own.

You can check this at the last screen before you pay. That screen is the order summary, and it is the surface that governs the charge. Look for a tick box, a “ship every month” line or a repeating price. The published terms say none of these exist. If you ever see one, stop and call the order desk before you pay.

Step 2: Is VigorHorse shipping really free?

Only on six jars. On the six-jar pack, shipping inside the US is free. On one jar and three jars, shipping is added at checkout.

The seller’s own pages are not fully tidy on this point. The per-pack bullets say free USA shipping on all three packs. The order totals add shipping to one and three jars, and the banner offers free shipping on six. Where a bullet and a total disagree, the total is the one that charges a card. So trust the order summary over any bullet, including this page.

The shipping charge itself is not published on this website, because the checkout works it out. The charge is the biggest slice of the smallest order. On an $89 single jar it matters more than on a $294 pack.

One more thing to know before you pick a pack. If shipping was charged on your order, it is not refunded as a rule when you return jars. That applies to one-jar and three-jar orders.

Step 3: What happens after you place the order?

Here is the path an order takes. The first column is the stage. The last column says whose clock is running, because that decides who can help.

Keep the confirmation email. It holds the order ID, and every later call needs that ID. Keep it in place of the card receipt.

Two waits are worth separating. Before tracking exists, the seller is the one who can move things. After tracking exists, the carrier owns the parcel and the desk can only look it up. If there is no tracking after three business days, call the order desk. If tracking has not moved for three days, call it too.

Step 4: How do you cancel or change a VigorHorse order?

The short answer is to call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and have your order ID ready. That desk handles tracking, changes and refunds for every order placed through this website.

Two numbers and one address are easy to mix up here. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders. The number printed on the jar, (877) 257-0825, belongs to the brand’s distributor in Largo, Florida. It cannot see orders placed through this website either. Only the retail desk can.

This is what is published about changes:

• An address change is possible only while the parcel is still with the seller. Once the carrier has it, your options shrink to whatever that carrier offers. Call as soon as you notice a mistake.
• The email address cannot be changed after the fact. The confirmation, the tracking and the digital bonus downloads all go there, so a typo is worth a call the same day.
• An order placed anywhere other than the official checkout is outside the desk’s records, so it cannot change or refund it.

What is not published: a separate rule or deadline for cancelling an order before it ships. This page cannot promise that a cancellation is possible. If you want out, call as early as you can. If the parcel has already gone, the 60-day guarantee in step 5 is the route.

Have these ready when you call:

• The order ID from the confirmation email.
• The email address you used at checkout. It lets the desk find the order if the ID is lost.
• Your tracking number, if you have one.

Step 5: How do you get your money back if you change your mind?

The guarantee runs 60 days from the date of purchase, and it covers opened jars on every pack. The clock starts when you pay, not when the parcel arrives. A few days of carriage come out of your window, not in front of it.

These are the steps, in order:

1. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Ask for a return authorisation and the return address.
2. Do not post the jars yet. A parcel that arrives without an authorisation can be refused.
3. Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box. A box with no name is the most common reason a refund stalls.
4. Post it with tracking, at your own cost. Keep the tracking number until the refund shows on your card.
5. Wait. The desk takes 3–5 business days to process once the parcel arrives. Then the card takes 5–10 days more.

Our practical advice is to treat day 50 as your own deadline. A refund needs a call, an authorisation and a posted parcel, and each takes a day or two that nobody controls. Ten days of slack costs nothing.

Who should speak to a doctor first?

Only healthy adults aged 18 and over should use it, and the label speaks to men. Skip it under 18, and when pregnant or nursing. We think the money terms here are clear for a supplement offer. There is no subscription to escape, the shipping rule is written down with its one oddity named, and the refund steps have numbers, costs and a phone line. That is the opposite of a trap.

The honest limits are small. A cancel-before-dispatch rule is not published, a delivery date is not promised, and return postage is yours. If those suit you, the six-jar pack is the one with free US shipping. A single jar is the cheapest way in.
