VigorHorse Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders for VigorHorse placed through the official checkout reached from myvigorhorse.com, and it is administered by Myvigorhorse, the retail desk that operates this website from 900 Third Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA.

It does not apply to an order placed anywhere else. This desk holds no record of a purchase made through a marketplace listing, a resale listing or any other route, and cannot start a refund on one.

The manufacturer's distributor printed on the label, VigorHorse, Largo, FL 33773, is a separate company in a separate state. Its line, (877) 257-0825, has no visibility of orders placed through this website and cannot administer this policy.

Any buyer who placed an order through the official checkout and contacts the order desk within 60 days of the purchase date. No reason is required and no explanation has to be given.

• Opened jars are eligible. Partly used jars are eligible.
• Every tier is eligible on the same terms, from a single jar to six.
• The window is 60 days from the purchase date, not from delivery and not from the first gummy.
• One refund per order. The policy covers the order rather than each jar inside it.

A refund begins with a phone call to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID from the confirmation email to hand. The desk issues a return authorisation and the address to send the jars to.

Do not post jars back before that authorisation exists. A parcel arriving unannounced can be refused, and a refused parcel costs the buyer the postage and the time without advancing the claim.

The website address, [email protected], cannot see orders and cannot issue an authorisation. It handles corrections to this website, privacy requests and press.

Jars are returned in whatever condition they are in, empty, part-used or untouched. This is a money-back guarantee rather than a resale return, and the policy does not ask for an unopened seal.

• Put your full name, the email used at the checkout and the order ID inside the box.
• A box with no name in it is the single commonest reason a refund stalls after the parcel has arrived.
• Send every jar from the order, including unopened ones, unless the desk has said otherwise.
• Keep a photograph of what you packed. It costs nothing and settles most disputes about what arrived.

Return postage is the buyer's cost, and the parcel is at the buyer's risk until it arrives. Both are ordinary terms for a direct-to-consumer supplement and both are worth knowing before the decision rather than during it.

Send it with tracking. A return with no tracking is a claim with no evidence behind it, and the tracking number is the one thing that turns a disagreement about a missing parcel into a five-minute conversation.

Where shipping was charged on the original order, it is not as a rule refunded. That applies to the one and three-jar tiers, which have carriage added at the checkout.

Two separate waits, and the second belongs to a bank rather than to any desk on this website.

The last two rows are what people mean when they say a refund is slow. Processing and settlement are different things run by different organisations, and a refund that has been processed but has not landed is a bank timing question rather than a dispute.

The order desk can confirm the processing date. Nothing on this website can see a card statement.

Only the first row can administer this policy. The third row belongs to a different company in a different state.

The returns address is printed here for reference rather than as an instruction. Post jars only to the address the desk gives you with the authorisation, because a returns address can change and an authorisation is what ties a parcel to an order.

• The order ID. On the confirmation email. Every stage of a claim needs it.
• The email address used at the checkout. It is how the desk finds the order when the ID has been lost.
• The return tracking number. Keep it until the refund has appeared on the card, not until the parcel shows as delivered.
• The return authorisation reference, if the desk gives one.
• The lot from the base of the jar, VIG-26/MY-7014 on the artwork read for this website. Useful if the question turns out to be about the product rather than the order.

None of that is onerous and all of it lives in two emails and one receipt. A folder with the confirmation email and the return receipt in it is the whole record a claim needs.

What this policy does is return money inside a window. What it does not do is worth stating in the same place rather than being discovered later.

• It does not extend past 60 days from the purchase date for any reason, including a slow delivery.
• It does not cover orders placed anywhere other than the official checkout.
• It does not cover return postage, and it does not as a rule refund original shipping where it was charged.
• It does not transfer to anyone the jars were passed on to.
